These Carrot Cakes are handmade in Portland, Oregon, from Stephen’s mom’s original recipe — perfected during the pandemic, when he delivered carrot cakes around the city in a pink rabbit suit to raise money for local nonprofits.
This cake is more than dessert. It’s a tribute to Stephen’s mom — a nurse who spent her life caring for others, working in hospice, and raising three boys with the same love and generosity she shared with her patients. Each cake is baked in her spirit of kindness and community.
